The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a large impact on the lives of everyone across the globe, and our remote teams and operations are no exception. Currently with most of the flights being cancelled, the airlines are offering waivers to cancel or postpone trips to their passengers. This page is created to help you navigate through given policies without having to get in touch with our agents via phone.
Our team is working around the clock, yet we still had to adjust to the incredible amount of requests we are receiving, the processing time is incredibly delayed compared to the standards we are all used to. Therefore, upfront, we thank you for your understanding and patience towards it. We are doing our best to respond to each of you in a timely manner.

In case of refunds, currently, these take up to 6 months to be processed, if granted.
